We keep your information safe by storing it securely in encrypted files and a locked filing cabinet and no other staff apart from Ruth McConnell gets access to this information. I am obligated by NZ law to keep your confidential files and information for up to 7 years at which point I securely destroy it by securely erasing it or shredding paper files.
